防静电合成石是由玻璃纤维和环氧树脂等制成的复合材料。在260-280℃的间接高温环境中具有较好的尺寸稳定性、耐腐蚀性、低导热性、防静电性、不易燃性。适合SMT波峰焊工艺中的焊接保护载具之用。使用中易加工、不破裂、不脱层、不起毛、不刺激人体，可按使用规格任意裁切钻孔开槽，易于在CNC机床的快速加工和避免过度损伤刀具。我们是国内具备全自动生产线的制造企业，产品批次长期稳定，避免了手工制造的气孔、变形、开层等不良问题。

Suitable for soldering protection in SMT wave soldering process, easy to process, no cracking, no peeling, no burr and no irritation to human body.Easy to process on CNC lathe and do less harm to the cutters.We have the unique automatic production line in China,therefore steady production can be assured,that can also avoid problems like porosity ,transformation and layer separation.
